What you'll do
We are looking for a new team member working in an Operations Role (f/m/d) who brings in integrity and a trustful work attitude.
You will work together with the Chief Operations Officer of our department on the following topics:
- Support budget planning, tracking and steering
- Ensure up-to-date assets as profound basis for decision making (Excel sheets, PowerPoints, Wikis)
- Execute and analyze periodic reports
- Create new reports and PowerPoints and automate them using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Create meeting content, management documents and newsletters
- Coordinate and execute ad-hoc tasks
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- Good knowledge in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Office
- Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills

Our unit is a organization of around 180 colleagues, distributed across 3 locations.
In our team it is our mission to help our customers digitize their business processes. Together we design, build, and innovate cloud-based services which are an important part of SAP Build Process Automation.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
