As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with day-to-day office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates responsibility in handling delivery and packaging tasks
Ensuring the timely shipment of these goods
Effectively handling a variety of office-related matters
Requirements:
Proficiency in the German language is not considered a prerequisite
A formal requirement of a degree is not deemed necessary
It is necessary to speak either English, Russian, Turkish, or Azerbaijani
The candidate is expected to have the capability to travel to the designated location
The candidate is required to promptly contact us upon request
