 Responsibilities
1. Support the technical middle-end business team, deeply understand the business status and team operation status, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the human resource strategy in the business department 2. Be able to gain insight into the problems existing in the organization and the team, and apply professional theories , methods, and tools to provide business teams with all-round solutions, including (but not limited to) human resources work such as training, performance, and employee relations, and promote the implementation of the solutions 3. Assist in the construction of the organization and team atmosphere, and promote the construction of culture 4. According to the existing team situation, design personnel growth paths and personnel training programs, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up the implementation.
