Senior Recruitment and Training Officer [Indonesia]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Develop comprehensive training modules and conduct engaging training sessions for employees across all branches.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and training roles, preferably within the technology or telecommunication industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting successful recruitment campaigns and developing training modules.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in Bali and travel to other branches in Malang, Balikpapan, and Samarinda as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
