Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
- Develop comprehensive training modules and conduct engaging training sessions for employees across all branches.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and training roles, preferably within the technology or telecommunication industry.
- Proven experience in conducting successful recruitment campaigns and developing training modules.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Bali and travel to other branches in Malang, Balikpapan, and Samarinda as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
