Job Role: Warehouse Manager - Riverside Aromatics (Europe) B.V.
Location: Oosterhout, North Brabant.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

Riverside Aromatics was founded in 2006 and is a well-established in the flavour industry. Three years ago, the company expanded its operations and opened a European warehouse to supply its European customer base.
Riverside Aromatics (Europe) B.V. is importing over 250 raw materials from around the world for distribution across the whole of Europe. The busy warehouse is BRC accredited (AA) and comprises of modern offices, a 525m² warehouse, local production facilities and a dedicated 4-person team.
As Warehouse Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, from making sure all inventory is processed correctly and orders are despatched on time, to ensuring all health and safety and quality systems procedures are followed.
In this role you will be fully supported from the UK head office. As such excellent communication skills in English (both verbally & written) are required.
Your role and responsibilities:
· Active on the warehouse floor where you will assist and oversee various activities (receipt of goods, manage inventory, production, and order preparation, packing and dispatch).
· Manage, train, and organise the local team.
· Be the main point of contact for the site, for the head office or external parties.
· Managing and making day-to-day decisions for the site.
· Able to identify problems and work with the team to resolving them.
· Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
· Responsible for site specific processes (BRC, Quality Control & Health & Safety).
You and your experience:
We are looking for a candidate who can manage a busy site, whilst overseeing a variety of disciplines. You will recognize yourself in the following points:
· An enthusiastic individual who wants to progress in their career.
· At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
· Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both verbally & written).
· Able to work carefully and accurately.
· Good personal skills, with experience of managing a team.
· Background in flavour and fragrance, food or chemical industry would be of benefit but not essential.
