Job Scope
Dealer
- Handling dealer queries from WhatsApp, Telephone, Email, Website and so on.
- Responsible for customer inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop a marketing strategy for the company to increase monthly sales
- Prepare invoice and packing the cargo for delivery.
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and dealer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of dealer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Clearance old stock to dealer
- To source for new business with potential dealer.
- Assist to dealer’s warranty claim.
- Supply management with reports on dealer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,
and potential for new products.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
Interact, engage and build a good relationship with the dealer
- Reminder the dealer’s account status, e.g. exceed credit limit, invoice overdue, backorder list
& ready to delivery list, warranty status and others.
Inventory
- Organise products place
- Stock take or check stock, if any discrepancies of inventory physical via System.
Other
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by ManagementInventory

Customer
- Handling Customer queries from Mobile, Telephone, Email, Facebook or any channels.
- Assist any warranty cases
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Sell products and services.
- Prepare invoice, packing the goods and shipping to client
Dealer
- Assist salesman key in the dealer place order in system (Sales order)
- Assist salesman queries regarding products pricing, inventory status and others.
- Prepare invoice and packing the cargo for delivery or shipping
Working day: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM2,000.00 per month
