This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of our diverse and international team located in both Poland and Denmark, supporting brand experience across the entire organization.
What will your daily work look like?
As a Senior Digital Asset Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, structure, and distribution of our extensive digital asset and guidelines library. Your expertise in asset management systems and best practices will be crucial in improving systems and brand tools to provide global support for the Coloplast brand.
You will play a key role in managing and ensuring accessibility of our digital assets. Your daily tasks will focus on maintaining the asset library, providing access to our brand tools, and supporting users through ongoing email and Teams communication with stakeholders. You will solve issues, provide guidance and onboarding training.
Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will be instrumental in maintaining accurate metadata, optimizing asset workflows, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital asset management processes. You will take a proactive approach, challenge the status quo, provide ideas for better solutions, maintain brand tools documentation, analyze data, report findings, and suggest optimizations.
You will also support diverse Branding & Design projects driven by HQ, working closely with Design Managers and Graphic Designers.
This position offers a good balance of maintenance work and communication with international stakeholders. It provides numerous opportunities for growth and the chance to offer improvements to our processes.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be able to support the team in the following areas:
Digital asset management: Demonstrating expertise in effectively organizing and managing digital assets and utilizing asset management systems.
Brand consistency: Understanding brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across all digital assets.
Attention to detail: Meticulously maintaining accurate metadata, adhering to legal requirements, and optimizing asset workflows.
Collaboration: Proficiency in language and communication skills to support team projects, provide front-line support, and communicate with stakeholders.
Project management: Ability to manage projects related to digital asset management, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Organization and time management: Demonstrating organizational skills to manage digital asset libraries, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Problem-solving: Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve challenges related to digital asset management and brand tools.
General skills and personal competencies:
Knowledge and experience in digital asset management
Fluent in English
High level of communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Structured and well-organized
Proactive and supportive
Software skills: Must-have:
Digital Asset Management Systems (e.g., Bynder or similar)
Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
File Management and Sharing Platforms (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive)
Nice-to-have:
Templates management software (Templafy or similar)
Project Management Software (any software)
Collaboration Tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, FigJam)
Email Marketing Software (any).
