Job Responsibilities

  • Follow all cash register transaction procedures.
  • Responsible for balancing of register drawer.
  • Issuing invoice and open bills to the customers.
  • Prepare invoice for lorry drivers to send out to the address given by customers.
  • Assist customer to the product location.
  • Continually build product knowledge base.
  • Product pricing feedback from customer.
  • Receive order from contractor and ensure receive payment before due date.
  • Monthly aging report analysis and update.
  • Arrange cashier team monthly working schedule.

Job Skills

  • Good knowledge of modern business practices related to cashiering and the maintenance of cash receipts, records and reports.
  • Good knowledge of the procedures used in handling, recording, and depositing of moneys; good knowledge of business arithmetic
  • Ability to understand POS/computer-generated reports
  • Ability to write professional correspondence
  • Ability to work successfully both independently (self-motivated) and as part of a team
  • Strong personal, interactive communication skills required
  • Commitment to an ethical work environment; work with integrity and upholds company values

Requirement:

  • 6 days work in a week.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree/ Any equivalent
  • Able to speak in Mandarin, Malay and English
  • Min 3 years experience in related field
  • Prior working experience in retail management is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and initiative with positive work attitude.
  • Strong analytical with problem solving skill and good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
