Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
  • Collaborate with relevant partners (internal & external) to drive the growth of Shopee’s Digital Products
  • Drive high-impact projects, work on implementing solutions and develop go-to-market strategy to grow the Digital Products category
  • Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify partnership opportunities, gaps and areas of improvement
  • Conceptualize and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to support category growth
  • Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a daily basis, and recommend improvement points for future campaigns
  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across departments, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant major
  • Experience in marketing, project management, or product development; experience in Digital Product industry is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of relevant industries’ products, services, and operations
  • Able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
