David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Financial services company who is seeking to onboard French-speaking Customer Success Advisor to join their Limassol office.

Remuneration: Base salary + quarterly bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clients using email and phone (incoming calls)
- Assist with opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client records
- Handle back-office queries
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
- Prepare reports for management
- Deal with all departments to resolve issues
- Provide support and troubleshooting on various company's platforms
- Liaise with the compliance team regarding complaints and approval of accounts
- Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native French, both verbal and written. Fluent in English
- Degree in BA or any other related field
- Previous experience in same/similar position will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environment
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in shifts (Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06 PM and 10 AM - 07 PM)
