Customer Success Advisor (French) [Greece]


 

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Financial services company who is seeking to onboard French-speaking Customer Success Advisor to join their Limassol office.


Position: Customer Success Advisor

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + quarterly bonuses.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with clients using email and phone (incoming calls)
  • Assist with opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client records
  • Handle back-office queries
  • Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Deal with all departments to resolve issues
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on various company's platforms
  • Liaise with the compliance team regarding complaints and approval of accounts
  • Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native French, both verbal and written. Fluent in English
  • Degree in BA or any other related field
  • Previous experience in same/similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environment
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work in shifts (Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06 PM and 10 AM - 07 PM)
