TP Vision B.V is actively searching for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Prague. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role to attract, assess, and select talented individuals. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and our HR Business partners, by understanding our staffing needs, developing cutting-edge recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. By joining our HR team of 4 team members, you will play an integral role in supporting and empowering over 200 employees across 10 countries in our sales organizations and European Shared Service Center located in Prague. - Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Create engaging job advertisements to attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, external partners, and job boards to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, reference checks where necessary.
- Maintain regular communication and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Manage the visa process (if applicable) and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Utilize HR tools to manage candidate data and recruitment processes.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding activities, prepare the employment contracts and further onboarding documents.
- Responsible for HR marketing activities to attract top talent internally and externally.

- High school/ University degree
- Min 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection process, ideally within an international organization
- Basic knowledge of Labor Code and related law implications
- Fluency in English (Czech / Slovak is advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Pro-active, flexible, highly organized, independent, fast learner, completer / finisher
- Able to work with confidential and sensitive employee / business information
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Positive mindset and team-player
