Title:

Poland Boss LN: Dining Facility Manager

Provides leadership and direction to Cooks and all Food Service Workers in order to plan, organize, and manage all aspects of Food Services. Ensures resources are applied to achieve highest standards of service to client specifications. Monitors standards and completes relevant documentation. Implements training programs. Ensures compliance with client/company health and safety regulations. Plans and oversees the execution of special functions. Has hiring authority to employ the correct caliber of Food Services staff.

Requirements:

  • Requires previous experience in successfully managing all facets of food service and dining facility management.
  • Provides leadership and direction to all levels of Food Service, Administrative, and Warehouse personnel in order to plan, organize, and manage all aspects of food service in a military dining facility.
  • Ensures resources are applied to achieve the highest standards of service in order to meet or exceed client specifications.
  • Monitors food service process and procedures, manages budgetary
  • constraints, and completes relevant documentation.
  • Implements and evaluates training programs. Ensures compliance with client/company health and safety regulations. Plans and oversees the execution of special functions.
  • Has the necessary experience to evaluate and the perform on the spot corrections of Food Service Staff.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write the English language at a 3 level.
  • Must be a Polish citizen.
  • Must have a current and favorable Polish background check.

Minimum Qualifications and/or Experience in:

  • Be able to obtain and maintain food service medical clearance
  • Knowledge of Military (Tri - Service Food Code/TB Med 530) regulations and -policies governing, at a minimum, food storage, preparation, and serving.
  • Knowledge of AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, TM 4-41.11 and TM 4-41.12
  • Possess or be able to obtain ServSafe Manager certification.
