Testing skills, attention to detail, desire to learn and execute automation, and quality strategy are vital to this position. The successful candidate will have a good background in Python, good test design skills, embedded devices testing, and experience working internationally. We also expect our new colleague to be a responsible and communicative team player.
Requirements:
Basic qualification
- 1+ years of experience in a Python Automation Test Engineer role
- Knowledge in designing and writing Test scenarios and scripts based on Customer documentation
- Familiarity with testing Embedded devices
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, basic administration)
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
Will be a plus
- C/DML programming skills
- SIMICS knowledge
- Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence
Job Responsibilities:
- Participation in designing test scenarios and automated scripts based on Customer documentation
- Writing new and Adaptation of existing automated tests written in Python
- Participation in troubleshooting and investigations of the customer-reported defects
- Work with documentation
- Participation in setting up new test equipment/configuration
