Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to effectively deliver services and create added value in the contractual relationship towards our customers by building strong relationships.
What you will work on:
- Manage existing portfolio – reverting customer requests, advising, clearing doubts and sharing best experience to support clients and their port calls
- Secure updated contracts and rates are available in the system.
- Collaborate closely with operational and administration resources to secure all requirements from the customer are fulfilled in accordance with global operational standards and contract terms in place with the customer.
- Create opportunities and sales leads for Key Account Managers and Sales Executives in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with WPS local agents and WPS sub agents on port call pre-planning to secure proper cost estimates and extend the services offered.
What you bring:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Maritime area. Can be compensated with relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of operation experience in shipping industry.
- Results oriented and ability to set targets.
- Fluent in English - both in writing and speaking.
- Computer literate.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Good networking and relation-building skills.
- Work experience on board vessels will be considered a plus.
