Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced CPA/CMA Qualified Accountant to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Accountant working remotely to assist with the smooth reporting and maintenance of accounts for our various companies. Responsibilities will include:
- Daily bookkeeping and management of brands' accounts in Xero
- Construction of opening accounts for newly purchased brands
- Reconciliation of bank transactions and categorization of invoices
- Inventory reconciliation and COGS accounting
- Assisting with VAT filing matters in UK, Europe, Canada and others
- Producing regular monthly reports and brand financial statements
Requirements:
- University graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- CPA license holder
- Highly proficient in Excel and typical accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks, etc.)
- Amazon Seller Central exposure is a plus
- High attention to detail and a pro-active learner
- Strong interest in the e-commerce and healthcare sectors
