Job Description
Customer Service Network Support
- This role will involve interacting with importers and service partners within the Cluster Australasia (APAC region). You will be responsible for analyzing and managing service-related topics raised by the business partners, coordinating the resolution of service-related escalations, and supporting importers and service partners remotely or on site to resolve issues.
Service Core Process Support
- You will also be responsible for supporting the increase of service quality within the service network, particularly for Importer Markets. This will involve implementing company's Service Core Process at the customer service network locations in Cluster Australasia, guiding the locations to achieve compliance on company's Service Core Process, and conducting performance evaluations following the process according to company policy.
Business Partner Onboarding
- Finally, you will be responsible for supporting the on process for new markets and partners within the Cluster Australasia and beyond. This will involve assisting the business partners with the fa of service-related processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
At least 10 years of experience as a customer support specialist, preferably within a automotive, commercial vehicle or heavy machinery environment.- Experience working in multinational team with flexibility and cultural empathy.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC area and to HQ
- Customer first-mindset
- Skills in service processes and technical understanding
