We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills in American-accented English to join our team as a Receptionist and Office Assistant. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing them with a positive first impression of our company.
  • Manage and organize virtual calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring their availability when needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and provide technical support to team members as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with an American accent is essential for effective communication.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various office software and tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup for uninterrupted work.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
  • Availability to work night shifts according to the assigned schedule.
