We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills in American-accented English to join our team as a Receptionist and Office Assistant. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with a positive first impression of our company.
- Manage and organize virtual calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring their availability when needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and provide technical support to team members as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with an American accent is essential for effective communication.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various office software and tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup for uninterrupted work.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Availability to work night shifts according to the assigned schedule.
Salary and Benefits:
