We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager who are enthusiastic about taking up the challenge and form the new Treasury Function. You need to be self-driven and will have the opportunity to develop your own role and build up the Treasury Function. As a part of the Finance Department, that currently consists of approximately 14 people, you will be surrounded by highly dedicated and skilled colleagues who all strive towards creating efficiency and quality. You will have a close relationship with the European Treasury team located in The Netherlands, that sets the risk framework direction and are managing the overlay liquidity structure.
Role & responsibilities
The responsibilities are evolving and include tasks such as hedging of financial risk exposures and managing as well as forecasting liquidity on a weekly basis. Your tasks will consist of:

Take the lead on management of our financial risk exposures in a timely and high-quality manner and according to our risk framework- Develop and execute hedging strategies for foreign exchange and interest exposures
- Understand our underlying commercial risk exposures and on a regularly basis review these and update of our risk framework
- Conduct cash flow forecasting of short and medium-long term liquidity and perform back-testing for continuous improvement
- Engage in dialogue with the business to understand and ensure correct data input to forecasting and reporting
- Understand and assist in the daily cash flow management e.g., in relation to the weekly payment runs.
- Ensure high-quality reporting both for month-end closing and, on an ad-hoc basis to the Head of Finance and the European Treasury
- Bank relations management with both local and global banking partners
- Assist with complying with the J-SOX standards comprising internal control and financial reporting requirements
Education
- The right candidate has a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business, Economics or similar.
Qualifications
- Preferred with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience from a similar role in an international organisation, consultancy or financial institution.
- Experience in interest and foreign exchange risk management
- Prior experience with SAP S/4Hana and multi-bank trading platforms is a plus
- Understanding of cash flow drivers from operations and capex programs
- Deep understanding of financial markets
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and able to handle data in a structured manner
- Great communicative skills and able to communicate complex information in an easy and understandable manner
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
